We want you to be fully satisfied with your TW Steel timepiece; therefore, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Please ensure all protective films and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Watch

  Carefully place the watch in its original TW Steel presentation box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
